Features:

Billing Explorer & Dashboards: Chart Series and Display Options

Cloudchipr now offers enhanced control over chart visualizations in Billing Explorer and Dashboards.

You can now:

  • Customize the number of series shown in charts.
  • Toggle display options like Legends, Data Labels, and Scale across supported chart types.

These updates help tailor chart displays to your preferences, making it easier to focus on what matters in your cost and usage data.

Bulk Input for Filter Values

Cloudchipr now supports batch input for Resource IDs, Parent Resource IDs (Kubernetes, EKS), and Tags in the Dimensions, Billing Explorer, and Live Resources filters.

Users can now:

  • Paste multiple values at once, separated by commas or new lines.
  • See a count of detected entries before applying.
  • Get feedback on which values were successfully applied and which weren’t.

This option appears for “In” and “Not in” operators, helping you work faster with large datasets and complex selections.

Billing Explorer: Historical Kubernetes Cost Visibility

Cloudchipr now supports historical cost tracking for Kubernetes workloads directly in Billing Explorer.

This enables more accurate cost analysis and reporting for Kubernetes environments, without manual effort.

Billing Explorer: Customizable Columns for CSV Export

Cloudchipr now allows users to configure CSV exports by selecting which CUR (Cost and Usage Report) columns to include when exporting data grouped by resources.

Key enhancements:

  • Configure Columns: A new section lets users choose which data columns to include in the export.
  • Dynamic Columns: Only columns from connected data sources (e.g., AWS, Datadog) will be displayed.

This update provides greater flexibility in customizing CSV reports to include the most relevant resource-level data tailored to your specific needs.

These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to building a better platform. Many of the improvements in this release were shaped directly by customer feedback. Thank you for helping us make Cloudchipr more powerful, flexible, and intuitive with every iteration.
