Product Updates: October 24, 2024

In this release, Cloudchipr introduces several new features to improve cloud cost visibility, management, and resource tracking. These updates include Percentage-Based Cost Charts, Support Type Filtering, and Multi-Account Resource Management.

Features:

Resource Explorer & Dashboards: Percentage Chart

The Percentage Chart feature provides users with a new way to view cost data in the Stacked-Bar Chart. By switching to this view, users can analyze the relative contribution of each service to the total spend, gaining better insights into how different services impact cloud costs.

Live Resources & Workflows: Filter Resources by Extended Support

This update introduces a Support Type filter within Live Resources and Workflows, allowing users to easily track resources under Extended Support, which may carry additional costs. Currently, this feature is applicable only for AWS EKS. This enhancement simplifies support management by providing visibility into both extended and standard support options.

Live Resources: View and Filter Resources Across Multiple Accounts

With this release, Cloudchipr lets users view and filter resources across multiple accounts from the Live Resources page. This feature provides greater control and visibility, allowing users to manage resources across their entire organization seamlessly.
