Below is an example of EC2 commitment recommendations with the following fields:

  • Linked Account: Offers recommendations at the individual account level
  • Savings Plans Term: Choose between 1-year and 3-year terms.

The recommendations section was also added to the following drawers in the Utilization & Coverage Tab of the Commitments feature:

  • Resource Type Drawer
  • Coverage / Account Drawer

Terraform Connection Flow

Cloudchipr has introduced a new connection flow: Run Through Terraform. This option, available only for AWS, allows to add all the necessary roles and permissions through terraform instead of AWS Cloudformation stack.

Resource Explorer: Support Folders for Views

Cloudchipr has introduced a new feature that allows users to create and manage folders within the Resource Explorer. This enhancement helps organize views by moving them into folders, making them easier to find and manage.

Feature Details:

1. Folder Creation

Users can now create multiple folders within the Resource Explorer to better organize their views.

2. Folder Management

Managing these folders includes several actions:

  • Folder Actions: Users can rename, add views to, or delete folders.
  • View Actions:
  • For views inside folders: Users can rename, move, or delete them. The move action is always available, allowing views to be moved out if there are no other folders.
  • For views outside folders: Users can rename, move, or delete them. The move action is only active if there are existing folders. If no folders are available, the move action is disabled, and a tooltip will explain the lack of available folders.

You can just drag and drop to move views and folders.

Integrations: Sending a test message from Slack

Users can now send a test message to verify their connection.

As always, in addition to the features above, we have released numerous improvements based on the invaluable feedback from our beloved users 🙂 ❤️ 🎉
